Role description

SEI Brands is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support its day-to-day people and office operations during the company’s build-up phase.

You will work closely with management across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll, BPJS, compliance documentation, and vendor coordination.

What you'll work on

Execute recruitment sourcing and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Manage employee onboarding.
Prepare and maintain contracts and personnel files.
Handle payroll administration.
Manage BPJS processes.
Coordinate office administration and external vendors.
Support basic HR compliance and documentation.
Help establish reliable people-operation processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

Two to four years of experience in HR or administration.
Familiarity with Indonesian employment and labor-administration basics.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable supporting multiple priorities.
Able to work effectively in a startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting recruitment in a fast-growing company.
Familiarity with payroll and employee-documentation systems.
Experience coordinating office vendors and operational administration.
Previous exposure to startup or FMCG environments.
